Senior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple senior executives. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and executive correspondence
- Screen and prioritize communications, including emails and calls
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and special events
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up needs for executives
- Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams, external partners, and clients
