Legal Receptionist

Overview

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to support day-to-day front office operations. This individual will act as the face of the firm, ensuring a high level of client service while providing administrative support across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, both in person and over the phone

• Manage incoming calls via a multi-line system; direct calls and take accurate messages

• Coordinate scheduling, including client meetings, consultations, and conference room logistics

• Maintain a professional and organized reception area, conference rooms, and shared spaces

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including courier coordination and document handling

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including scanning, copying, and file organization

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
