Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for an ongoing temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounting processes independently.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts
• Prepare and issue invoices, post payments, and track outstanding receivables
• Process payroll or support payroll-related entries as needed
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documentation
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and account balances
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner
• Support audits, reporting requests, and special accounting projects
