Social Media Community Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) | Onsite | Miami, FL
We're seeking a Social Media Community Coordinator to help manage and grow online communities across multiple social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career social media professional looking to make an impact while supporting a recognizable consumer brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, and YouTube
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions with on-brand messaging
- Monitor conversations and escalate sensitive issues when appropriate
- Support organic content publishing and content management
- Write engaging captions, responses, and short-form copy
- Track engagement metrics, sentiment trends, and community growth
- Assist with social reporting and performance insights
