A busy healthcare organization in Honolulu is hiring an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts. This onsite opportunity is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple openings efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Communicate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs
  • Post job ads and maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Answer phones and assist with candidate inquiries
  • Support onboarding and other HR functions as needed
