We’re partnering with a fast-growing company at the center of Austin’s innovation ecosystem, to hire a Social Media Content Specialist. You’ll play a key role in translating complex ideas into engaging, high-performing content that captures attention and drives conversation. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of content creation while influencing how a growing brand shows up in the market.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing and performance tracking
• Develop engaging, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
• Monitor and engage with audiences—responding to comments, DMs, and conversations in real time
• Partner with marketing, design, and leadership to align content with campaigns and brand messaging
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to business priorities and key initiatives
• Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant
• Analyze performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion insights
