The Manufacturing Analyst supports aerospace production operations through data analysis, process improvement, and coordination of compliance activities. This role requires strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams, engagement in ethical and compliant behaviors, and support of internal and external stakeholders, including visitors and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the HALE program at NGC site 7 as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
- Participate in and support audits and assessments, including but not limited to ESHM, ISO 14001, FGCOPs, and annual/miscellaneous internal audits.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, EHS, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing, updating, and improving work instructions, standard work, and local procedures in alignment with corporate and sector requirements.
- Maintain organized records and evidence for audits and coordinate with functional owners to close findings and track corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate and support site and shop floor tours for internal and external visitors (customers, leadership, partners), ensuring safety, security, and adherence to applicable procedures.
- Prepare and present metrics, trends, and recommendations to manufacturing leadership, stakeholders, and program team.
- Lead or co‑lead cross‑functional working sessions (Operations/Quality/Engineering/Supply Chain) to align on priorities, constraints, and mitigation plans
- Investigate findings for process improvements and make recommendations.
- Must have the ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, Engineering, and Production.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 5 years of administrative assistant experience, Masters Degree with 3 years, PhD with 1 year OR an additional 4 years of administrative assistant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) approval(s)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Technologically savvy with tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc. to drive efficient collaboration and productivity
Proficient in workforce planning management, including tracking staffing requirements based on business needs and organizational goals
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, build positive working relationships, and collaborate across functions
Positive, professional attitude; receptive to feedback and focused on solutions
Team oriented, collaborative, and supportive of peers and partners
Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to work for extended periods of time at a workstation on a computer or similar device for up to 10 hours / duration shift. Occasional extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling
Ability to work 1st shift "5:00am-3:30pm"
