Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete recruiting lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions supporting wind and solar operations, from kickoff discussions through offer acceptance.
• Manage concurrent openings across technical, operational, construction, project management, safety, and maintenance functions in multiple regions.
• Create targeted talent attraction strategies using direct outreach, industry networks, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Interview and evaluate candidates, present suitable talent to hiring teams, and guide stakeholders through effective and consistent selection practices.
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized renewable energy talent, including passive candidates for hard-to-fill and field-based roles.
• Coordinate hiring activity aligned with project schedules, high-volume staffing demands, and multi-site workforce needs.
• Partner with business leaders and operations teams to provide updates on market conditions, compensation trends, and expected hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, monitor hiring metrics, and support compliance with employment regulations, company standards, and wage-related requirements.
• Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs while identifying ways to strengthen hiring processes and improve the candidate experience.
