Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide front desk support that creates a detail-oriented and positive office experience.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, including monitoring office conditions and arranging needed maintenance services.
• Submit service requests, follow up on facility issues, and help ensure repairs and office support tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records related to office services and operational expenses.
• Track departmental spending and assist with budget reporting by updating and reviewing information in Excel.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for office services, deliveries, and workplace support needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance with general office tasks, including stocking supplies and helping with refreshments when needed.
• Support meeting and event logistics by arranging room setup, catering, and related coordination activities.
• Respond to a variety of administrative and operational requests with strong judgment, urgency, and customer focus.
