Healthcare Recruiter- Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization. This contract position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and healthcare roles, helping teams attract talent with relevant experience in a competitive market. The ideal candidate brings a strategic approach to sourcing, strong partnership skills, and hands-on experience managing recruiting activity through an applicant tracking system, including SAP SuccessFactors HCM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding handoff for assigned roles.

• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective search strategies for corporate and engineering openings.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market research, and outreach efforts.

• Manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.

• Evaluate applicants through resume review, screening conversations, and interview coordination to ensure a high-quality hiring process.

• Advise stakeholders on recruiting progress, talent market conditions, and opportunities to improve speed and quality of recruitment.

• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational hiring standards and employment practices.

• Support recruiting operations activities, including process updates or system-related changes, when needed.
