HR Recruiter

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support specialized hiring for an organization in Columbia, South Carolina. This is a Contract position that requires a strong administrative foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to manage recruitment activities with accuracy and consistency in a fully onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings experience coordinating full-cycle hiring efforts, engaging with candidates, and maintaining organized records throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting activities for specialized openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination.

• Source suitable candidates using multiple channels and build talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs.

• Review resumes carefully, evaluate candidate qualifications, and identify individuals whose experience matches position requirements.

• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews while maintaining a thorough and consistent selection process.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

• Maintain accurate data within applicant tracking and HRIS platforms, including systems such as iCIMS and Dayforce.

• Support recruiting administration by preparing documentation, tracking hiring progress, and ensuring records are complete and up to date.

• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates and move searches forward efficiently.

• Uphold a high level of attention to detail when handling job postings, candidate information, and recruitment documentation
