Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and ensure high-quality support delivery
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
