Salesforce Consultant

Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support and optimize Salesforce operations for a growing organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform, automating business processes, supporting sales teams, and assisting with the adoption of newer Salesforce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration experience with an understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.

Duration: 6 week contract (Scoping)

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Flexible, scoping

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Configure and support Salesforce Flows, including automated workflows and scheduled processes.
• Assist with the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI features, and Sales Cloud automation tools.
• Configure and support Einstein Activity Capture and Salesforce Inbox integrations.
• Support CRM data management initiatives, including Data Cloud and CRM data stream integrations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Document configurations, processes, and system enhancements.
