Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily front office operations for a growing organization in Reno, Nevada. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience, handling administrative work with accuracy, and assisting members with day-to-day needs. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact while helping keep office activities organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and visitors in a courteous manner, provide assistance with routine inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, transferring calls accurately, and taking clear messages when needed.
• Process payments with attention to detail and maintain accurate supporting records.
• Organize, sort, and file documents alphabetically to ensure records are easy to access and up to date.
• Provide general receptionist and administrative support that helps maintain an efficient and well-ordered front desk environment.
• Assist with office events, gatherings, and union meetings by supporting preparation, coordination, and basic logistics.
• Build working knowledge across different departments to offer flexible support as business needs change.
• Help maintain neat common areas and front office materials so the workplace remains organized and welcoming.
