Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join a fast-moving team in Rhome, Texas and provide hands-on support for active hiring needs across several operational functions. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep multiple searches organized, communicate effectively with candidates and hiring partners, and help move openings through the recruiting process efficiently. The role will focus on coordinating talent pipelines, supporting full-cycle recruitment activity, and helping the team meet urgent staffing goals in an onsite environment.

Location: Haslet, Texas (Fully On-Site)

Pay: $33-$37/Hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00-5:00 or 7:00-4:00)

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting activity for numerous open positions at once, ensuring hiring efforts stay on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

• Identify and engage candidates for operational roles such as field-based staff, drivers, and warehouse team members through proactive sourcing efforts.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-up, and scheduling logistics to keep the hiring process moving smoothly from initial contact to offer stage.

• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and update candidate progress, recruiting notes, and hiring documentation consistently.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, adjust priorities, and support timely fulfillment of open roles.

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting tasks, including outreach, screening support, pipeline organization, and status tracking.

• Monitor recruiting workflows and provide administrative support that improves visibility into hiring progress and candidate movement.
