Guest Services Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Guest Services Coordinator to support a welcoming and well-organized hotel experience for visitors. This contract position focuses on delivering attentive front-desk service, coordinating guest needs, and helping daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with travelers, managing reservations, and providing prompt assistance in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome arriving guests, provide clear guidance throughout the property, and respond to questions in a detail-oriented manner
• Coordinate check-in and check-out activities while maintaining accurate reservation and guest service records
• Assist visitors with concierge-style support, including local recommendations, directions, and general travel-related needs
• Monitor front desk activity and handle receptionist responsibilities to ensure efficient daily service
• Support room booking processes, confirm reservation details, and communicate updates to appropriate hotel staff
• Help maintain inventory for guest-facing supplies and report restocking needs to keep operations prepared
• Address guest concerns with care and urgency, escalating issues when needed to preserve a high standard of service
