Marketing Automation Specialist

Robert Half is looking for an Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing team through email campaign production, audience segmentation, and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) execution. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for someone experienced in high-volume, ticket-driven environments who can build, test, and deploy campaigns with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and execute email campaigns and templates within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Develop responsive email layouts using HTML/CSS to ensure strong rendering across desktop and mobile devices.
• Create and refine email drafts for stakeholder review, incorporating feedback prior to deployment.
• Execute campaigns based on incoming requests within a structured, ticket-driven workflow.
• Manage email assets including images, graphics, and layout formatting.
• Build and maintain audience lists in Pardot, including segmentation based on engagement, demographics, and user data.
• Perform data cleanup and contact management within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and cross-functional teams to launch targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Support landing page and web updates using HTML/CSS and best practices.
