We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to support organizational and employee initiatives within a manufacturing environment in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role partners with leaders to strengthen workforce planning, employee relations, and people-focused programs that align with business goals. The position is offered as a Long-term Contract opportunity and is ideal for someone who brings strong judgment, communication skills, and a practical approach to HR partnership.
Responsibilities:
• Advise managers and business leaders on employee matters, workforce planning, and people strategies that support operational goals.
• Coordinate and deliver HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and policy interpretation across assigned teams.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify concerns, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making.
• Help guide organizational changes by supporting communication plans, manager readiness, and employee transitions.
• Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues, promote fair practices, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Contribute to training and development efforts by identifying needs, supporting learning plans, and reinforcing best practices.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for stakeholders, including senior leadership, using clear and accurate information.
• Support HR administration activities and process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and service delivery onsite.
