HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions, from job posting and candidate outreach through interview scheduling and offer-stage coordination.
• Build candidate pipelines by sourcing talent, reviewing applications, and identifying individuals whose backgrounds align with hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall fit before presenting profiles to hiring managers.
• Share suitable candidates with hiring leaders in a timely manner and maintain clear communication regarding status, feedback, and next steps.
• Arrange and coordinate interview logistics, including virtual interview sessions, while ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records within the applicant tracking system and keep job activity updated throughout the hiring process.
• Support hiring initiatives during a Monday through Friday schedule of approximately 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
• Contribute to referral-related screening efforts and help strengthen talent identification strategies for priority openings.
