Senior Scrum Master (Salesforce)

Overview

We are working with our client to add a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery across their Salesforce ecosystem. This person will be responsible for driving Agile practices, leading scrum ceremonies, and helping delivery teams execute efficiently across Salesforce-focused initiatives.

This is a high-impact role working closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery of critical customer-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Remove blockers and drive issue resolution to keep teams on track
• Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support delivery of Salesforce initiatives (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms)
• Promote accountability, transparency, and a strong Agile culture
