IT Support Administrator

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented IT Support Administrator to provide exceptional technical support with a strong white glove customer service approach. This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, technically skilled, and able to work independently while supporting end users across a variety of business applications, devices, and systems.

The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft-based environments, imaging PCs, managing user accounts, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-touch, white glove customer service to end users, including executives and staff
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other business applications
• Support browser-related issues in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox
• Assist users with Adobe PDF Reader and Writer, SentinelOne antivirus, and Lotus Notes
• Administer and support Active Directory user accounts, permissions, password resets, and group memberships
• Perform PC imaging, setup, deployment, and refresh activities
• Support and maintain Office 365 services and user environments
• Troubleshoot access, performance, and usage issues within SharePoint
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
• Manage multiple support requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and follow-through
• Work independently to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely solutions
