Job Title: Program Manager and Technical OversightLocation: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, WACitizenship: US citizenship required Salary: $185,000.00 - $230,000.00 (exempt). Non-Essential Functions:
AttainX is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to support the Department of Energy (DOE), Hanford Field Office (HFO), Tank Waste Operations. Responsible for executing the itemized work scope detailed below, contributing to the following functional areas within DOE-TWO: project/program management, operations, maintenance and regulatory interface.
Required Qualifications:
- 25 years engineering, construction, commissioning and management experience on DOE projects
- Extensive business experience in applying analysis techniques, performing various types of reviews and developing process improvements
- 5 years of experience performing oversite for Tank Farms
- Experience with DOE/TWO engineering requirements
- Capable of reading, interpreting and understanding DOE program and project management practices, policies and procedures
- Working level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) 365 Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other MS Office tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assigned oversight of conceptual, preliminary and final design activities; procurement activities; field construction of projects, facilities and systems and contractor programs and implementation supporting readiness activities.
- Conduct oversight of equipment and system startup activities, monitor procedure compliance, monitor troubleshooting activities, assess resolution of non-compliance reports, evaluate test engineer decision making and overall conduct of testing.
- Observe Safety System Startup Testing.
- Review and provide comments to the Documented Safety Analysis.
- Conduct critical assessments of test deficiency reports to determine whether deficiency resolutions were technically acceptable and met requirements.
