Job Description
The Associate, Digital Marketing and Communications will be responsible for placement of the College’s paid social media marketing, as well as day-to-day postings across ACC channels, and monitoring, tracking and reporting out on campaign results. This position will also work with the College’s Social Media team to support organic social media coverage.
Responsibilities
Paid Social Campaign Execution
- Implement the College’s paid social media marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accurate setup, deployment, and ongoing management
- Ensure all campaigns are correctly configured prior to launch, including creative assets, landing pages, campaign naming conventions, and tracking parameters (UTMs)
- Conduct pre-launch quality assurance checks to ensure campaign integrity, accuracy, and alignment with intended objectives
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of live campaigns, including documenting any post-launch edits or optimizations that may impact reporting or performance interpretation
- Identify and resolve campaign setup errors or inconsistencies in real time or as they are identified
Campaign Tracking and Operational Oversight:
- Maintain an internal system to track all active, paused, and completed paid media campaigns, including key details such as assets, targeting, dates, and tracking links, to ensure visibility, accuracy, and reporting consistency across the MarCom team
Best Practices and Cross-Team Support
- Serve as a partner to business line marketing managers, supporting alignment of paid media campaigns with marketing objectives, campaign plans, and execution needs
- Collaborate closely with Social Media and broader Marketing and Communications teams to establish and maintain paid media best practices, workflows, and standards
- Participate in planning discussions with business line marketing managers to ensure paid media setup and tracking are aligned with campaign goals and measurement requirements
- Provide guidance to business lines on paid media execution, campaign setup standards, and performance optimization based on channel expertise and platform knowledge

Stay current on paid media and digital marketing best practices and proactively apply insights to improve campaign execution and reporting consistency
Search Engine Marketing
- Manage ACC’s search engine marketing placements, working closely with Marketing and Communications colleagues and the Web team (Google, Bing) to ensure effective campaign execution
- Reporting and Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across paid social and search channels
- Recommend and implement improvements based on campaign performance insights to optimize future campaigns
Content Support
- Support the Social Media team in developing and posting content for ACC channels as needed
Other Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital or social media marketing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search engine marketing campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign management
- Experience with social media and digital performance reporting and analysis
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and campaign tracking principles
- Proficiency with social media and marketing tools (e.g., Sprout, Canva, Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience working with senior leadership or management at an organization
