Position: TIG Welder
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Oak Hill, Florida

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on TIG welder who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistently high-quality work. This role primarily supports a steady production workflow focused on aluminum and stainless-steel components, while also offering opportunities to work on custom, one-off equipment and tooling that supports the aerospace industry.

This is an ideal position for someone who values consistent hours and repeat work—but also enjoys taking on more technical, high-precision projects when they come through the shop. A strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time is essential. Experience working to aerospace-level quality standards is a major plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel in a production environment.
  • Fit, prep, and weld to tight tolerances while controlling heat input and distortion.
  • Accurately follow blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings.
  • Self-inspect welds for quality, consistency, and workmanship.
  • Maintain proper cleaning, prep, shielding, and purging practices.
  • Collaborate with fabrication and quality teams to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the fabrication of custom, one-off components and support equipment for aerospace-related projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel.
  • Current certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to produce clean, consistent welds on both thin and thick materials.
  • Strong understanding of preparation, cleanliness, back-purging, and heat control.
  • Experience in both production environments and/or high-spec work is a plus.
  • Aerospace-quality experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with other welding processes is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven with a good work ethic.

Benefits

  • Stable, full-time work with consistent hours
  • Positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Life and AD&D Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contributions
  • Short-term and Long-term disability
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Job-related training and skill development
  • Direct deposit payroll
