IPC is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analytics Engineer to be responsible for supporting in delivering data sets of information for financial reporting, dividend processing, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Support the development and maintenance of finance-aligned data models used for financial reporting, management analysis, and operational insights
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric / Azure, ensuring timely and accurate data availability
- Follow established financial controls, audit requirements, and reconciliation processes to support data integrity and compliance
- Prepare, transform, and validate data from ERP systems, subledgers, and other financial and CRM sources
- Provide support for systems and processes related to dividend calculations and allocations, as needed
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data
- Apply analytical techniques to support financial reporting, trend analysis, and forecast tracking
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes, including automation of routine tasks

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics and Engineering, Computer Science, Finance Accounting, or related field
- 3-4+ years of experience supporting finance, accounting, or financial systems
- Strong hands-on experience with financial data, ERP systems, and reporting processes
- Proven ability to deliver audit-ready data solutions within Finance organizations
- Microsoft Fabric / Azure data platforms
- Data pipeline development within financial data environments
- Advanced SQL/Power Query (including financial logic, stored procedures, and performance optimization)
- Data controls, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes
- Power BI for finance reporting and semantic model support
- R programming or equivalent for financial analytics
- Building controlled, production-grade finance data processes

This is a full time contractor position for the length of the contract Standard office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends to complete job requirements.
