  • Execute a testing-driven approach to web production, performing rigorous quality checks and tracking user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate the standardization of build and QA processes for landing pages and web components, ensuring deliverables are fully responsive and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and enforce build guidelines and quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency across all digital properties.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to translate production briefs into functional web assets, ensuring all elements meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Support efficient, repeatable workflows that integrate quality control at every stage of the production lifecycle.
  • Manage the implementation of A/B testing initiatives and user journey validations to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Maintain technical documentation for web components and site enhancements to ensure smooth hand-offs and future scalability.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in web production, digital project management, or a related field, with a strong background in hands-on web builds and QA.
  • A Bachelor's degree in web development, digital production, marketing technology, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in executing complex web production projects and implementing multi-device QA processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with content management systems (CMS), web publishing workflows, and testing/QA tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Google Optimize).
  • A solid understanding of web production best practices, including SEO basics, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production timelines and communicate effectively between technical and marketing stakeholders.
  • Intermediate knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
  • A passion for "pixel-perfect" delivery and an obsession with site performance and user experience.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools and prompt frameworks to optimize day-to-day production, localization, and quality assurance workflows.
