In this leadership role, youʼll drive the evolution of our production infrastructure,

direct impact on how we deliver video-from breaking news to evergreen

Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead the strategic vision for end-to-end video production and
distribution workflows across the organization
• Oversee the integration and optimization of tools such as Media Asset
Management MAM, video players, CMS, cloud storage, metadata
systems, and DRM platforms
• Partner with editorial, engineering, and product leadership to align
operational workflows with content strategies and business goals
• Manage a team of workflow specialists, operations leads, or
cross-functional contributors to deliver large-scale process and system
improvements
• Drive tool and vendor evaluations, including supporting RFPs and
commercial negotiations for media production technologies
• Establish and enforce workflow governance, rights compliance, metadata
standards, and cross-brand best practices
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new
tools and processes
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to continuously assess workflow
efficiency and surface opportunities for improvement
• Represent video workflow needs in senior leadership forums and
cross-departmental planning
Qualifications

transformations
• Expertise in modern video production pipelines, including asset
management, editing, versioning, and multi-platform publishing
• Deep knowledge of systems such as Mimir, JW Player, Suite, Adobe Suite,
and enterprise video platforms
• Experience navigating large organizations with legacy systems, managing
competing priorities, and implementing scalable operational models
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management
skills
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess technical opportunities
through a business lens
• Bonus: Experience with live video workflows, vertical video, or AI-driven
production tools
What You Bring
• Vision, clarity, and structure in chaotic or evolving environments
• A builderʼs mindset with the discipline to lead from concept through
execution
• Empathy for both editorial and engineering teams, with a focus on enabling
creativity through efficiency
• Passion for elevating the role of video in modern publishing
