Position Description
Job Purpose
This position will perform a series of wire preparations, assembly and integration on all products currently produced. .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The primary responsibility will be to build electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures per order requirements.
- Achieve qualification to build greater than 75% of the assemblies on the training matrix.
- Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Report problems with material, processes, equipment, schematics and bill of materials to Production Lead.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
- Position requires the ability to work overtime.
- Ad hoc activities as requested.

Desired Skills and Knowledge
- Able to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
- Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
- Able to perform continuity check via the use of digital volt meters.
- Mechanical skills required, including using hand tools and measurement devices.
- Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
