Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support membership operations in Reston, Virginia on a Contract basis. This part-time onsite role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities effectively, and works confidently with minimal supervision. The position focuses on assisting members, maintaining accurate records, and resolving account-related questions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
• Assist members with account-related inquiries by phone and email, providing timely and courteous service.
• Address membership concerns such as renewals, cancellations, billing matters, and dues-related questions.
• Enter and update member information accurately in internal records and databases.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Make and receive calls as needed to support membership follow-up and issue resolution.
• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to correspondence using Microsoft Outlook and other Office 365 tools.
• Prioritize daily tasks independently and manage multiple requests in a part-time onsite work schedule.
• Support the membership team with administrative activities related to customer service and account maintenance.
