Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team in Michigan. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer support, administrative coordination, and warehouse-related order activities in a small, relaxed workplace. The right candidate will be comfortable shifting between priorities, maintaining accuracy in daily tasks, and learning new systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive.

Responsibilities:
• Enter customer and order information accurately while keeping records organized and up to date.
• Prepare pricing details and customer quotes, ensuring information is clear, timely, and correct.
• Coordinate order processing activities, including product picking and shipping support within the warehouse.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels with professionalism and urgency.
• Manage several responsibilities at once, moving between service, operations, and administrative tasks as business needs change.
• Support day-to-day office and order fulfillment functions while maintaining attention to detail across each step of the process.
• Work with internal tools and shared files to track information, update transactions, and assist with workflow coordination.
• Help maintain a dependable customer experience by identifying issues quickly and following through on next steps.
