Project Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Registration Assistant to support attendee check-in and registration activities during a training event. This role involves greeting attendees, entering information into a computer system, scanning and logging lockboxes, and directing participants to the appropriate training location. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in event attendees in a detail oriented and courteous manner. Verify attendee information and accurately enter data into the registration system. Scan and log lockboxes using company-provided equipment and procedures. Direct attendees to designated training rooms and event locations. Provide general assistance and answer basic event-related questions. Maintain accurate records and ensure registration information is complete. Follow event procedures and instructions provided during orientation and training
