Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal marketing and communications stakeholders to organize, revise, and publish website content so digital information remains accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to the creation and refresh of business-to-business marketing materials, including sales presentations, summary sheets, and other tools that support commercial conversations.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of conference and event marketing plans designed to elevate brand visibility within the healthcare industry.
• Gather campaign results from internal teams and outside partners, then consolidate performance data into dashboards and reports that inform ongoing marketing decisions.
• Oversee schedules, approvals, quality checks, and final deliverables for external agencies and vendors supporting areas such as media, creative, and design services.
• Help coordinate email marketing, copy development, and related communications initiatives to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and audience-focused.
• Support social media and broader content activities by helping maintain organized workflows and ensuring materials align with campaign objectives.
• Work independently to keep multiple marketing projects on track while communicating status updates and escalating issues when alignment is needed.
