Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel plans, lodging, rental vehicles, and related logistics for field service technicians to support installations, warranty work, and customer service visits.
• Work closely with project teams, shipping contacts, and transportation providers to confirm equipment arrival timelines and prepare crews for successful onsite work.
• Schedule technician coverage based on customer needs and service demands, ensuring technicians with the right experience are available when and where they are needed.
• Track service follow-up items after installations and field visits, then organize next steps so actions are completed on time and communicated clearly.
• Issue service-related orders and coordinate parts support promptly to help avoid delays in customer service execution.
• Partner effectively with subsidiaries, agents, and freelance service resources to maximize coverage and maintain a reliable support network.
• Help drive paid service activity by supporting efficient planning and responsive coordination for customer requests.
• Support adherence to field service safety expectations by reinforcing required policies and promoting safe work practices.
• Organize update and modification activities in a practical, efficient manner to align technician availability, customer timing, and operational priorities.
