HR Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations for a Long-term Contract position based in California. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee information, assisting with onboarding activities, and providing reliable administrative support across HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling confidential records in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize employee files, personnel documents, and other sensitive HR records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Enter, update, and verify information in HR systems, spreadsheets, and internal records to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR activities, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and record maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding coordination by preparing paperwork, tracking new employee documentation, and supporting related follow-up tasks.
• Help monitor compliance-related documentation such as screening records and required employee forms.
• Support the HR team during staffing changes by keeping records current and helping maintain smooth administrative workflows.
• Communicate clearly with employees and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish as needed.
