Lead Development Representative

We are looking for a Lead Development Representative to support web development initiatives in Fort Worth, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can contribute strong front-end and CMS development expertise across digital projects. The role will focus on building, updating, and maintaining web solutions using modern web technologies while partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable, user-friendly results.

Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance web pages and site features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create responsive user experiences.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress components, themes, and site functionality to meet project objectives.
• Support web application work involving ASP.NET in alignment with technical and business needs.
• Troubleshoot layout, functionality, and performance issues across websites and web-based tools.
• Collaborate with internal partners to translate project goals into effective technical solutions and engaging digital experiences.
• Review existing web content and code to identify improvements that strengthen usability, consistency, and maintainability.
