What You'll Be Doing

As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting laboratory and operational functions by ensuring materials, supplies, and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using FedEx Ship Manager and other shipping platforms.
• Generate, print, and apply shipping and barcode labels with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and internal procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Distribute incoming packages to the appropriate departments and team members.
• Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and handling of sensitive items.
• Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and warehouse organization.
• Partner with laboratory and operations teams to meet critical business deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving workspace.
