Bookkeeper
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for an opportunity with a household name in the Cedar Rapids area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on accounting environment and can manage both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable functions, including:
- Daily cash postings and deposits
- Cash applications
- Customer invoice creation
- Support Accounts Payable processes, including:
- Processing and coding vendor invoices
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assisting with weekly check runs
- Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and support the accounting team as needed
