Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead client-facing technology initiatives. This is Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can oversee multiple infrastructure projects at once while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires a confident leader who can coordinate technical teams, manage delivery expectations, and keep complex workstreams organized from kickoff through completion.

Responsibilities: • Direct several concurrent IT and infrastructure engagements, ensuring each project progresses smoothly from planning through final delivery. • Partner with technical project managers, engineers, field service personnel, and client contacts to keep tasks aligned and execution on track. • Oversee a range of initiatives such as server transition work, operating system refreshes, wireless issue resolution, structured cabling efforts, security and firewall projects, equipment retirement, and office or site moves. • Build and maintain detailed timelines, monitor milestones, track budgets, and communicate project health to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify delivery risks early, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly to protect scope, schedule, and client satisfaction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and maintaining a strong executive presence. • Adjust quickly to new assignments with varying levels of size, pace, and complexity while preserving high delivery standards. • Strengthen collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution. • Contribute to better project delivery practices by refining documentation, processes, and reporting standards as business needs evolve.
