Bookkeeper (Full-Time | Growth Opportunity)

We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants more than just a transactional role—you’ll be a key partner in keeping the business running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, reconciliations)

Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with close

Reconcile bank/credit card accounts and resolve discrepancies

Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Partner with leadership to keep financials clean and actionable

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar ERP) + Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Positive, solutions-focused mindset
