Trade/Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry and management within Microsoft Excel to support daily tasks and project requirements.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure funds are allocated correctly and promptly.
• Generate and review daily and weekly reports to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Provide administrative assistance to support the team’s operational needs.
• Answer inbound calls and address inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in processing account transactions and monitoring cash activities.
• Contribute to buying processes and other trade-related activities.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage client information and interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
