IT Support Technician - Level 2

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician - Level 2 to provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and workplace technology in Buda, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting hardware issues, maintaining reliable workstation performance, and delivering responsive service to employees. The position focuses on supporting desktop and laptop environments, peripheral connectivity, and device-related problem resolution across a variety of hardware platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, and related peripherals to keep users productive.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, ensuring equipment is ready for daily business use.
• Support device deployments, replacements, and upgrades for systems from manufacturers such as Dell and Apple.
• Perform cable routing, workstation setup, and physical connectivity tasks for computers and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repairs or part replacements when needed.
• Provide second-level technical assistance for escalated endpoint issues and document completed support activities.
• Test newly installed or repaired equipment to confirm proper operation and adherence to technical standards.
