Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy service team in Gig Harbor, Washington. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles customer questions with professionalism, and stays organized while managing a steady volume of calls and order activity. The person in this role will help create a positive customer experience by responding promptly, resolving routine issues, and ensuring accurate information is captured during each interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, gather details efficiently, and provide clear assistance based on customer needs.
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems and confirm product, service, or account information before completion.
• Handle a consistent flow of service inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and basic issues in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to clarify requests, provide updates, or support resolution of open items.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and actions taken during each contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer requests are routed correctly and resolved effectively.
• Monitor open requests and follow through on pending items to help ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
