Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome prospective residents and visitors professionally, provide community information, and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.
• Conduct property tours, highlight apartment and community features, and maintain show units and surrounding areas in presentation-ready condition.
• Prepare leasing paperwork, collect applications and deposits, and coordinate screening steps such as credit, background, and rental history reviews.
• Track unit availability, update leasing records, and submit completed applicant files to management while keeping applicants informed of their status.
• Coordinate move-in readiness by confirming apartments are prepared on schedule and reviewing required documents with incoming residents before occupancy.
• Re-engage prospects who have not yet signed, explore options that fit their needs, and refer them to related communities when appropriate.
• Support lease renewal activity by preparing renewal documents, distributing notices, and assisting with resident retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate resident and property data within management software, close out service requests, and follow up with residents regarding completed work orders.
• Promote the community through marketing initiatives, online listings, social media updates, and resident event support while observing company policies and housing regulations.
