Rethink is the leading global provider of online research-based resources to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical tools, staff training and practice management for private ABA service providers. Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team!

About the Role 

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to help grow and scale our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on developing new partnerships, activating newly signed partners, and driving engagement and growth across our long-tail partner portfolio. 

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building partner relationships, increasing referral activity, generating pipeline, executing joint initiatives, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth. 

Responsibilities 

Partner Development & Management 

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new partners 

  • Onboard and activate newly signed partners 

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of long-tail partners 

  • Build relationships with partner stakeholders, leadership teams, and sales representatives 

  • Conduct regular outreach to maintain engagement and drive partner activity 

  • Re-engage dormant or underutilized partners 

Growth & Revenue Generation 

  • Increase partner-generated referrals, opportunities, and revenue 

  • Accelerate partnership opportunities through proactive follow-up and collaboration 

  • Develop and execute growth plans with partners 

  • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance 

  • Track and report on partnership activity and results 

Campaigns & Events 

  • Execute partner-focused outbound and BDR campaigns 

  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and promotions 

  • Coordinate webinars, conferences, events, and partner engagement initiatives 

  • Support lead-sharing and referral programs 

Strategic Initiatives 

  • Analyze partnership performance and identify growth opportunities 

  • Develop recommendations to improve partner activation and engagement 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams 

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership reporting 

Required Experience 

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, customer success, or another relationship-driven commercial role 

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage external relationships that drive referrals, pipeline, revenue, or measurable business outcomes 

  • Experience managing multiple partner or customer relationships, priorities, and follow-up activities simultaneously 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels 

  • Experience using a CRM or similar system to track activity, pipeline, referrals, and performance metrics 

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for measurable results 

Preferred Experience 

  • 2+ years of direct experience working with partner ecosystems, referral partnerships, channel programs, or strategic alliances 

  • Experience activating, enabling, or re-engaging partners to increase engagement and performance 

  • Familiarity with partner-led demand generation, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, events, or outbound initiatives 

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Operations teams to execute partner initiatives 

  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, professional services, healthcare, benefits, or HR-related environment

Job Type: Full-time 

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
