Department Overview
Columbia Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are searching for an Endocrinologist to join our established CMH-OHSU Health Endocrinology Clinic in Astoria, Oregon.
Function/Duties of PositionAs an Endocrinologist in Astoria, you will have a community-based practice with an academic affiliation. Our community practice provides a collaborative opportunity to join Oregon’s fastest-growing rural hospital where you will have a general endocrinology practice with experienced support staff.
Practice Details
- Endocrinology practice in a community setting with academic affiliation
- 4-Day work week.
- Outpatient, adult only role with no call responsibilities.
- Collaborative and established clinic staff including an endocrinology physician, medical assistants, onsite pump trainers and a diabetic educator/MNT with accessible Social Workers and Clinic pharmacists

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification or Board Eligible and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
- DEA Certificate
