The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support professional and lateral recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, this role provides important coordination and administrative support throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle, helping to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support across all offices and positions.
- Assist full-cycle hiring, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, interview feedback and debriefs, and onboarding.
- Assist with administrative projects to support an organized and efficient recruitment process.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with candidates, hiring managers, and agency contacts.
- Oversee the applicant flow processes in real time, including close management and maintenance of the applicant tracking system and reporting dashboards.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires including, but not limited to, offer letter generation, initiation and review of background checks, and updating internal HR trackers.
- Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Work closely with team members to support process improvements, share ideas, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of recruiting operations.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- An ideal candidate has 1-2 years of substantive relevant experience.
- Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with flexibility to contribute wherever needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Exposure to applicant tracking and interview scheduling software preferred, experience with iCIMS and/or Workday is a plus.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
