Process Instrumentation - Business Development Manager
Houston, TX based candidates with proven BDM experience with flow measurement. This person will be expected to travel to our Houston TX office location regularly.

The successful candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in flow, pressure, and temperature measurement to influence specifications, develop solutions, and close complex, high-value opportunities. This role operates primarily in a factory-direct sales model, with selective engagement of channel partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct reports at this time but must work with sales managers, representatives and distributors in the Gulf region

- Minimum 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience in identified specialty areaProven experience selling flow measurement solutions Technical application knowledge across flow, pressure, and temperatureDemonstrated ability to close large, complex sales opportunitiesBackground in process instrumentation sales with applied engineering knowledge Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; and four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of project pursuit and process control concepts and product applications gained through education and practical experience is required.
