This platform enables end-to-end AI lifecycle capabilities, including model development, deployment, feature engineering, inferencing, monitoring, and governance. It plays a critical role in powering high-impact predictive AI use cases across multiple lines of business, ensuring models are built, deployed, and operated securely, reliably, and at enterprise scale.

This role sits at the forefront of Wells Fargo’s AI transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders across business, technology, data science, risk, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, and model governance to modernize the platform, enhance the user experience, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with deep experience in AI/ML platforms, strong technical and cloud fluency, a human-centered design mindset, and a track record of driving complex initiatives from vision through delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
  • Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
  • Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience leading product development, technology delivery, or enterprise-scale capability development
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing complex, large-scale technology programs
  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or hybrid infrastructure environments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and capabilities such as MLOps, model lifecycle management, model deployment, monitoring, AutoML, feature engineering, and model governance
  • Experience leveraging public cloud AI/ML services (e.g., Google Cloud Platform/Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or similar)
  • Knowledge of modern technology environments, including hybrid cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Experience building and scaling platform products for technical users, including data scientists, ML engineers, application developers, and analytics teams
  • Experience operating in highly regulated environments with strong requirements for security, controls, compliance, resiliency, and operational readiness
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across engineering, business, and control functions

MN- Minneapolis Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
