Industrial Security Representative
Description
Join Leidos’ Digital Modernization Sector supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) by protecting classified programs, personnel, facilities, and information critical to national transportation security.
This role serves as a key security liaison between government requirements and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with federal security regulations and safeguarding sensitive assets. The position is contingent upon TSA contract award and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personnel Security
- Process and manage security clearances, SCI nominations, reinvestigations, upgrades/downgrades, and continuous vetting.
- Conduct security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and foreign travel briefings.
- Maintain compliance with DISS, NISS, NBIS, DHS, and related requirements.
Physical Security
- Manage facility access controls, badge issuance, visitor requests, and courier authorizations.
- Conduct SCIF and secure facility inspections, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions.
Information & Program Security
- Protect classified information and equipment in accordance with NISPOM, ICD, DHS, and DoD requirements.
- Maintain security documentation, SOPs, and authorization packages.
- Deliver security training and awareness programs.
Operations & Compliance
- Serve as the primary interface with DHS, DoD, and Intelligence Community security officials.
- Conduct self-inspections, support government assessments, and respond to security incidents.
- Provide security guidance to leadership, technical teams, and customers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant industrial security experience; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience as an FSO, CPSO, or similar industrial security professional.
- Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD standards, DHS directives, and personnel security systems (DISS, NISS, NBIS, etc.).
- Experience with SCIF security, security documentation, briefings, and compliance programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- DCSA FSO certification.
- COMSEC Custodian/Manager experience.
- OPSEC planning experience.
- Knowledge of access control and intrusion detection systems.
- Security incident investigation experience.
- Professional certifications such as SPeD, SFPC, or CPP.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
