Job Description
The purpose of this Knoxville, TN-based job is to support the contract administrators with the operation of the contract management system and work with legal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management processes.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with contract administrators to support CLM system.
- Attend CLM system training and demonstrate proficiency.
- Work directly with legal and relevant business stakeholders in drafting, revising and testing new approved contract forms in CLM system.
- Maintain and support contract execution process (through CLM or Jira, as required), ensuring timely review, and execution.
- Execute Docusigns as needed.
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Complete other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working cross functionally
